Loader and DLL Upload Error

When i try to upload my new hack loader and DLL file it says invaild. Someone help???

If you are going to release **** hack, you can forget it

needs to be in a .rar file @**** Productions

You need to make it as a RAR/ZIP first .
Make sure you got no advertisements in the hack .

Compressssssssssssssssssss first....

and if compression didn't work, use different browser
