they said that to me on my old account, i kept complaining about being unable to log in, and eventually they gave me the benefit of the doubt on that old account and unbanned it, i have not played it since it got banned though lol. I'll see if i still have the ticket so i can show u exactly what i said / they said.
PS. i knew i was banned / and the reason why, but i played dumb from the beginning lol
