Bind to slow down boss

I need a bind so bosses or other monsters will slow down , does it exist?

I wonder for what does he need it ... watching everything in slowmotion (even the bossmovies)?
I'm happy I can run 5 times faster, can't even imagine doing things on status quo zehahaha ...

So I can get those break off items easier , spear in the eye and stuff
