Help| Crosshair...

When I use G3E6 (sorry don't remember *** name, its a gun pretty much with awsome recoil) or Sniper refile, My crosshair is pretty much on *** right side, not really at *** right spot, pretty much goes to *** right.

How do I fix that? its really confusing and I always miss head shots because of that.

What is IRC? and I dont know ow to use it its a big deal for me, and way you can help me here :X?
