Cannot Access To Test Servers

Well When i tried to login i found This msg "Cannot Access To Test Servers"..Well is that Mean that i Was banned Permenenatly ?

Yes it mena, that u are banned permanently SRY man, i lost 5 acc, i know what are u feeling...

Check the site.
If they give you a specific unban date then no it is not permanent.
If not then yes,you are banned permanently.
