Multiplayer/Server Help.

Well i got my server up and running with all the plugins ect.

But when i join my server and place some blocks i get disconnected and get this error. Check the picture downbelow.

ChestShop
Towny
GroupManager
iConomy
LWC
mChat
Essentials

That's all my plugins

Whats the error given in the server console?
