Well i doubt anyone here can do anything about your false ban, i doubt that it is even a false ban your friend probably used hacks. Your best bet is contacting steam support but then again they wont do jack shit either they will reply to you with copied and pasted messages over and over again. So which leads me to pretty much nothing can be done about it
Im banned too i didnt do anything too just a noob said "u cant lvl up to prestige9 lv70 in 400 hour" and he reported me : /
(half of my challenges wan locked so it cant even be any lvl hack)
It was 6 months before and no answer for my mail. so NO u cant do anything.
VAC is a fail if i report anybody he will be banned no matter he hacked or not.... -.-""""
