Why Public CA hack doesn't work well

I have been playing CA for a while and my guys name is Hemlock97 in case you guys want to know. I have the public CA hack but everytime I use it I keep getting logged off with a message saying "Connection to the server has ended " then I get logged off. Can you guys help me? PLZ because I can't stand getting logged off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
