If you mean paypal accepting prepaid cards, then yes they do, just make a paypal account and look up a tutorial on youtube on how to do it.

It does, but these are hacked accounts so I wouldn't recommend changing pw/skin if you want it to keep it longer.

I mean, if you change the skin, the owner will be suspicious and change the pw.
If you change the pw, the account will more likely be recovered.
