Used the tools of Photoshop in a proper manner.

Professional? Her tone is a little sharper and darker and you smoothed the skin. Now in my pic was I trying to just make her look better?? No.. I was just trying to make her look like a anime and in my opinion I like the original miley better

I just meant that was a example of some good liquify usage.

And it's not smoothing the skin. I actually cleaned it up, it looks more realistic.
