Yeah, random crashes are usually associated with this error. Every once in a while when playing, I get this error and the first thing I check is to see if my mic is plugged in. Just plug an extra pair of earphones in, it doesn't matter.

Exactly what they said ^ iw3mp crashes are normally solved by plugging a pair of earphones (or anything with a 3.5mm headphone jack) into the mic socket on your computer (The pink audio plug)
