Need Help For Crossfire

i need a little help will be great if some one can help me
yesterday crossfire was work well but today when i open crossfire it's not work and i try agian tell me patcher is already running i thought crossfire offline or some thing so i try to charge zp and i open hot spot shield and when i was try to open crossfire i found it work but so lagy and my ping high then i remmber hot spot shield still on so i disconnect it and i etdisconnect from server and when i try to open crossfire agian i find same old problem so i know that i can't play without change my ip i dont know reason so i post here and i hope some body can help me please
