Hacks in town? (Spawn Commands)

I was wondering if other players could see these three hacks in town.

*host_timescale which I use for expertise and running between long gaps.

*cc_change_costume / color / bust

*name

I have name/costume/color/bust on a spawn command, and unfortunately it triggers in town. So I'm wondering if it's okay or not.

host_timescale = yes, but you teleport on other player's screens I think.
cc_change_costume = no, CS.
name = no, CS I believe.
