[REQ] charms

is there a way to use ONLY charms yet ?
or can i make them by myself easy?

Firstly it's chams your looking 4 and it's really hard to find hacks only with that it's aslo really hard to find any CA EU hacks but if you do it wont only have chams init.Secondly plz be pateint as dave and the mpgh team and fix the hacks wich includes chams and more.Thirdly im not sure if u are able to make the hacks you need alot of expreince at this stuff or if you do have experience at this stuff then you should not be asking.Or you can possibly find a tut and follow it but i don't know any.
