Try redownloading/reinstalling Combat Arms.

Redownload Reinstall, GO into system in control panel Advanced >>settings>> DEP tab>> Check the second option>> click browse>> add all exe files in Combat arms folder.

Whoa, if you moved any files, put them back in their original place.

It Means You Have an corupted file...like many people in this guide have said reinstall CA and just incase reinstall the MPGH hack .. Best of Luck mate
