I'm a mild transformers fan, so I can appreciate the content, but I wouldn't of use a single color to filter. It makes the work seem plain, and I don't think that's what you where going for.

And the work itself doesn't exactly state anything about the future.

well not really, as i did not know we were supposed to o.o i just made a sig.. with something futuristic :3
