wat do u mean by u need a copy of hgwc?and this file is changed thing comes wen u open the hgwc so how come u need a new one just re-setup cf thats wat i do wen "file has changed" comes to me :/..hope it helped

reinstall CF or downloading it while ur antivirus is off..
