in menu Kick Voting setting reason how to modify this name (bug ,Idle,Illegal program,Others) i want to change it , anyone knows?

Yes it is very possible to change it (not through modding) as we have done it in Combat Arms . There is no guarantee you can make it custom however.

Isnt this server sided?
