Dose it have spawn item in multiplayer 1.0.0

I want some hack that can spawn item like toomanyitem but can use in multiplayer.

There is none as items and inventorys are server sided and the only way to change inventorys is to become an admin, or hack the server and make yourself an admin

How to hack it??

Item hacking is not really possible.
