Sound problem ingame [Please Help!]

I started getting this sound problem when i tried using the lattest hack

[MPGH.NET "Team Quad" Hack Version 1 |D3D And More Features|]

Once i actived the hack it started the patcher then unsuccessfully injected.
I deactived the hack then i removed it from the crossfire and got rid of it.
Now when i try to go in crossfire without the hack i get in crossfire successully then join a game. but the problem is
the only sounds i can here are the radio sounds!! when i shoot my gun there is no sound, when i slash my knife there is no sound.

I have a screen shot the error. The error pops up while crossfire is trying to load, [not when im trying to get into a game]
can someone help me?

Could not find suitable .SND sound driver.
Execution may terminate...

>OR SOMEONE GIVE ME THE LINK OF THE NEWEST CROSSFIRE DOWNLOAD???<
