Opening MPGH Publicly

Well, good idea... If things stop getting leeched, you can leave them open, but if things carry on getting leeched, close the forum from the public!

Also, I think there should be a tool where, if you are posting a high value tut (for example, a bypass) or publishing a hack, you should click a requirements button. For example, I want to stop people from viewing it who not match the following criteria :

1. Have at least 500 posts
2. Have MPGH VIP
3. Are a GMOD
4. Have been active on these forums for over 1 hour
