Data values for enchanted items

Hello,
Me and a friend are playing on our own server, and were wondering how to spawn ourselves enchanted items?

For example, how would I find the data value for a sharpness 5 sword? what about armor, like protection 2? TMI doesn't show it, and I need to know.

They are damage values, which I don't know exactly. Same goes for potions.
