Autoswticher for macintosh!

Ive been looking for a mac autoswitcher for runescape (pvt server really, i dont play rs anymore much) and cant seem to find any legit ones anywhere? If someone could provide a link to one id greatly apreciate it, as would many others im sure as ive seen this asked for over and over on many different sites.

I am looking for one similar to murgee's that allows for one button click switching, and if some1 could explain why mac auto switchers (or macros in general) are so hard to find that ould be apreciated as well.
