(Release) Reduced-recoil

lately i have started coding my very own reduced-recoil.

This will be for light recoil weapons such as:
1. psg-1
2. m4a1
3. g3a3
4. mp5
5. all snipers

So far i have built and debugged it but the only problem is when im ingame and im shooting the recoil will be almost gone "just a little left" and near when there is 5-7 bullets left the recoil goes back to normal.

When i get this problem resolved i will release it on mpgh.net
