do i need to download mw3 again (dedicated server)
or can i use the banned account?

Create a new account and buy a serial key, then activate it and you will be able to play online again. Banned accounts do not work. Once banned thats it its banned.
You cannot just buy the game again and activate it using the banned account.

some bans only last up to 2-3 weeks, some are forever
but it depends on your situation, you could wait and see i you get unbanned after x time

One more question.. On steam thay say: jou can stil play on not secure servers.
I think dat this are the dictated servers??
But i look and i can not find, even when i looking "not secured".

My region is belgium.
Is this normal that i can't find then, or do i it wrong?
