fried chicken skin

whenever i get or make fried chicken i always eat all the skin before i eat the meat...so why not be able to buy chicken skin? with all the skinless chicken parts sold there should be a warehouse full of skin thats wasting away
you should be able to go somewhere and order some deep fried chicken skin or buy fried and frozen chicken skin from stores
whos with me on this?
