Coupons Exchange

Hellow guys, yesterday when i opened the exchanged coupon box, I accidentally clicked the exchange button instead of the cancel button, and it says "exchange success". And i find 90 days of MP5-Adv in my storage, plus 10 of my coupons also disappeared. Is there any way i can cancel it or anything?

Unfortunately, there is no way you can get a "refund" on it. Goodluck with your MP5 !

I wouldn't regret that 10 coupons for 90days? its usually 7 I think... anyways enjoy, its a great gun.

how many coupons do u have before u exchange mp5-adv?

@zackie_2010 I save up my coupons, my alt has 700days left of his mp5 adv

Of course you can get a refund. If you purchased the Mp5-adv less than 48 hours ago, you can receive a coupon refund, but only once per account.

well try to send support ticket to z8... they might refund for you... good luck

Be patient and wait, usually takes me about a week for them to respond.

Never knew what Cataclypse said was true. Just wait on the support ticket and hope for the best then. Otherwise I don't think there's a way.

3.Web form- fill this in and bullshit about stuff if you past the 48 hour refund line.
