Ill have to go with clouds. RJ's signature style looks too "congested" and single toned to me.

RJ's effects on the mask are really good, but the rest of the sig is just a little too jumbled.
The focal should have been the mask for the sig..
Cloud's is a bit more clean, but just looks like he copied the other side and half-assed it.

Yes it looked half-assed, but at least it's not hella cluttered like RJ's.

It's just tattoo-like brushes and such, nothing special, with a clipping mask.

I don't use clipping masks, and most of the brushes/filters I used, I made myself, so you can't discredit my use of them.

And I defiantly did over clutter it, but it's only because the original size was a lot larger, so you could see the detail more. It's a mistake that will show on the final vote count.
