You don't have the skills to do so keep on using hacks 
lol @deadman97 he's just trying to learn..you can't live on hacks forever. Your going to get banned sooner or later.

For quick scoping, what I did to become better, was to memorize the positioning of where the crosshair is. Although, I couldn't do that right away. So I got a piece of white tape, and put it where the positioning of the crosshair was. I used that method to practice QS for a bit.
