There's one problem with your arguments though.
Those people that sell over 20 tutelary and w/b scrolls usually sell lower than the price normal players sell them.
I bought a few w/b from a mass scrolls seller. It was 12M each. I looked on the forums, everyone was selling for 15M and over.
They won't buy every scroll available and sell them lower to get the monopoly.

Maybe there's something about the fact they don't bind anymore though, because that's when those sellers appeared.
Here I consider dupe hack works. Maybe it doesn't. Who knows.
Maybe they could dupe items with the mailbox or something like that. But since it was through the mailbox or a trade, those scrolls would bind in the duper's account. Which makes them useless unless they scroll items and buy a load of unbind potions for resale. Considering the amount of unbind potions they need to sell a single raider/wonderland well-balanced item, and the powders/items broken, they wouldn't make much gold and would need to actually buy with unbind potions with $$$ to make that gold. They might as well sell nx cards/gold selling website.
But now, scrolls don't bind. Which means that maybe that's why those massive daily raids scrolls sellers appeared, since duping them was useless before cuz they would bind.
I'm kinda poor right now. But if someone got a few 100M to spare or needs to make a set, you could buy like 10 w/b or 10 tutelary and see the time left on them. If they are all the same, that might mean they are duped, since even with a daily raid exploit, I doubt you will get 10 at the same time. And when they are in the last 24h, I think you can see the time in hours:minutes, so if they are all the same minute... guess what... odds are kinda low lol.
Maybe checking the unique ID of the items would be a good indicator. I think you can see it by linking an item in a whisper with no destination.
If someone wants to make the experiment that would be cool.
I'll try to see what I can do if I get a hold of 100M +.
