AOL can't run new raids?

I'm using AOL and I can't seem to get into any new raids. Even if I get 'Depart Now', and others get in(when I'm in a party), it seems I get that connection failed message.

I had opened up TCPView to see what happens and it seems Vindictus does indeed open up new connections and something about 'audit ping'. Not sure what this means if someone could enlighten me.

Does it detect AOL or proxies, or does it see that my connection is too low and just doesn't let me in?

Any ways around this? Also it seems Proxifier is once again, dead in the water.

Also, I'm new and I'm not sure if I should post this or not. Can't play EU version either since I'm not in the EU nor am I in America.
