Help!!!!!consolite don' work

once I open game， the program window disappears.then when the Games entirely open,another window program appears but it is different from the former one ,and it can't work well .I wonder how to use it on XP 32

i know,and now i am playing NA not CN Could you tell me the right way to use it on xp32?
