Making my return: Need help getting a file back to .rez

Ok, so I'm getting back into modding as i have looked at some of the mods being released and i am not happy with their quality.
I have a Photoshop project .psd and a .jpg of the texture that i have created, however I do not recall how to make it into a injectable .rez file.
If someone can please help me out i would greatly appreciate it.
