question about hack i saw today

i saw one guy take bravo flag from alpha base and score..
its speed hack? i dont think so he just get the flag from the base and move normal and play normal..
what kind of hack it is?

if he made that in like less than 2 sec its a teleport hack.. he saved cordinates of 2 flags and now teleports himself... private hack

I dont know i saw ppl too doing that. maybe its a glitch
