Ok, I have an IPad 2, but most of the apps on the apps store are with money, I remember somebody told me that there is a program that makes every thing free on the apps store, can u tell me name of it plZ?
Im pretty sure there is a Torrent app where u can just torrent other apps and make them free?

What he probably means is that there's an app called Installous that allows you to download IPAs (app files) that other people upload and install into your phone free of charge. It doesn't make all apps in the App Store free. 
Apple aren't that stupid. Anyway, the catch is that you need to jailbreak your iPad and if you do something stupid the consequences can be fatal.
