Using weapon skin mods?

Uh..I've looked around and haven't found a thread or post about installing or using skin mods for weapons.
Or im just blind
Could anyone please be liwwing to link me or tell me ?

extract the attachment~ rename the file (if needed) to 132.REZ(or higher) ~ copy and paste it on your CF folder/rez

its as easy as that~
