Bleh new style attempt

The tut was kinda bad but it led me in a different direction

i did most of what it said, just skipped some parts :]

If you're talking about the color scheme...it's because the tut used those colors and i didnt feel like changing too much...

Its a black border put on overlay 75%

But how do i make the border itself?
