Response from server delayed

When i connecting to the server,it says "Response from server delayed.Please try connecting later.We apologize for the inconvenience."
What is that mean ? what should i do ?

did you get that after binding?
i also got that,only fixed by reinstalling game i suppose..

I get that all the time. For me it's my internet connection. When it disconnects or lags to much, I go back to the login screen with that message. (I usually get the dang 10 minute mailbox timer to when this happens.)
