How to change PW without registration data

Today i'm tell to you how to change PW if u forgot registration data of your account.

For change a password you must have got an account where you want to change PW and an account where you know all registration data(you can make new account).

Step 1. Open the Nexon's web-site. www.nexoneu.com
Step 2. Open it again in new window. www.nexoneu.com
Step 3. Go to 1st windows on web-site and log in in account where you want to change PW.
Step 4. Change the browser windows to 2nd. There are open this link: http://passport.nexoneu.com/User/Pas...uTheme=NexonEU
Step 5. Return to 1st windows. Leave from your account and log in on account where you are know all registration data.
Step 6. Open 2nd windows in the browser. Enter the registration data of your "left account". Put on "Change Password Now" (After this you must get a new page where you must enter your old PW and enter new PW(2x) )
Step 7. Open again 1st window. Leave from "left account". Log in on your account where you want to change PW.
Step 8. Go to 2nd window. Enter your old PW and enter your new PW(2x)
Step 9. Put "Done".
Step 10. Enjoy with your new PW^^
