I decided to post this simple tutorial after geting bored on this server with many 180-200lvl characters.
Why its Improved?
1. As you know all "Physical Training" skills can add large amount of +stat while it should not exist. Its simple and cheap alternative for %stat equip in game. Following this line of thought many people may think they can have (for example) +3000 str and dex in their stats and can wear 140 lvl weapon while they have 4 str and 4 dex . Well... they are wrong. Modified statistics will not allow you to wear equip so you need put AP into your primary stats.
2. Next thing is many people get autoban for too high damage becouse they put +2000 stats when they are on 50 or 100 lvl so all you need too put less amount of extra stats but then you are weaken than with high amount. So how to be stronger and dont get autoban? I'll explain it later.
3. Third and i thin klast thing is "Physical Training" isnt only one skill that you can improve and there is many other skills that allow you to be one of the "funded" characters without spending any moneys for equip.
Now i'll try to explain how it works.

What you need?
*HaRepacker (I recommend HaRepacker or latest)
*2 Skill.wz file (one clean and one for modify)
*Account to test effects (if you wont risk for ban your main account)
So lets begin.
You need to know basic math designation:
* - multiplication
/ - division
+ - addition
- Extra stats (Physical Training modification)
1. Open HARepacker
2. Open Skill.wz
4. Chose your class (I'll change my mercedes PT)
5. Double click on to "2310.img" -> skill -> "23100008" -> "common".
6. Now you can see "strX", "dexX" and "maxLevel".
6.1 "strX" its adding str amount into your stats.
6.2 "dexX" its adding dex amount into your stats.
6.3 "maxLevel" its showing your max level of skills.
7. Now we will increase our dex.
7.1 Chose "dexX" and change 3*x for example to 200*x
7.1.a (x is our current level of Physical Training skill and on max its 10. So 10 multiplied by 200 give us 2000 to our dex)
5. Save it.
There is simple formula to multiplied our stats and avoid autoban:
Between lvl 30 to 120 or Physical Training should add 100% of our main stats (for example if wee have 400 dex it should add next 400)
Between 120 to 150/160 we can rise it to 150%
After 160 we can add 200% of our main stat.
I sugest to dont give more extra stat becouse it may autoban us becouse if you want or not you allways try to get some %stat on your eq and later it can give you even 400% of stats and for server is to high amount and it cna abn you. But if you want you can try add 300% of main stats.
-Extra Attack(Advanced Final Attack)
1. Open HARepacker
2. Open Skill.wz
4. Chose your class (I'll change my mercedes AFA)
5. Double click on to "2312.img" -> skill -> "23120009" -> "common".
6. Now you can see many of our skill ability. We onl ywant add some Att to our character so we are interested on "padX".
7. Now we will increase our att.
7.1 Chose "padX" and you can see "5+u(x/2)" so only thing what we want to change here is "5". Change it for example to "55"
7.1.a (x is our current level of Physical Training skill and on max its 30. In this mathematical count (in original skill) our AFA skill level is division by 2 and to this is adding 5 so 30/2+5 give us 20. AFA on max level give us +20att. Simple yeah? So after modification we have 70att in our AFA)
5. Save it.
This skill is our 4th job skill so there is only one formula for me. If you dont want to waste money for your weapon you can replace extra attack from skill for your weapon slots (if your weapon have 10 slots after perfect scrolling it have 50 more att. So after changing f to 55 we replace our 50 from weapon into our skill)
This is only a small tutorial that shows what you can add. You can do it with many other class and skill (Like Dual Bowgun Expert for ATT from Mercedes, High Wisdom for int from Mages, Spell Mastery for MATT from Mages, Rage for ATT from Hero and etc.)
