This COnsole is a KFX .. easy to explain.. just like you PLay Counter Strike and press "`" to write a console like "sv_cheats 1" as a sample.. now we using this to make hack or edit something in-game =)

Really sorry about this guys, I got the commands mixed up. The command wasn't "Load (Map Name/ID here)", the command is actually "Open (Map Name/ID here)".

Try that and see how it works, if it still isn't working just let me know.

Yes its works.. but what we can do for we make the map?? we cant play through?? but can be as a spectuater to make fan made movie xD

At the console window type "Preferences " and edit all the setting at there can already.. i m trying to edit the charm hack =D

@JohhnnyBoiii : can u Please Show Us The Full list Of Command ? like load , or sth else

LOL believe me I've tried almost everything you can think of to bypass the Anti-hack system, no luck so far. I've found out that the Anti-hack system is directly built into the Game Engine Core. I've been playing around with dBased "KFX Archive Tool" trying to find a way to fully enable the console & all of it's commands.

It looks promising so if I find out a way, you shall see another thread started by me :P

Well I've found out some more commands that are currently working for the console.
If you discover any more working commands, please let us know.

Working Commands List

GET <package>.<classname> <property>
This command displays the current value of the attribute property on the class package.class.

SET <package>.<classname> <property> <value>
This command sets the attribute property on the class package.class to value. Examples of this command can be seen below (enabling and disabling the web interface, Changing Bot Skill, Minimum Players). Refer to the INI reference for packages, classnames and properties.

EditObj <objectname>
Displays an editable property sheet for the given object (works for non-Actor objects too.)

ADDBOTS <number>
This command adds a number of "bots" to the level. It may not work in Devastation (I've not tried).

KILLBOTS
This command removes all the "bots" from the level.

KILLALL <package name>.<class name>
Kills all actors of a certain class, for example killall Botpack.WarheadLauncher.

KILLPAWNS
Kills all pawns. This includes bots, monsters, assault objectives, etc.

OPEN <url>
Opens a local map.
(For example: Open ZJZ-Hospital.ut2)

STAT ALL
Enables all STATS displays except ANIM.

STAT NONE
Disables all STATS displays.

STAT RESET
Disables all STAT displays except FPS.

STAT ANIM
Toggles animation statistics display for all actors with DrawType DT_Mesh.

STAT AUDIO
Toggles audio statistics display.

STAT FPS
Toggles display of current and average number of frames per second.

STAT GAME
Toggles game engine statistics display.

STAT HARDWARE
Toggles hardware accelerator statistics display.

STAT LIGHT
Toggles the list of lights that are affecting the player.

STAT RENDER
Toggles rendering statistics display.

PREFERENCES
Displays the Advanced Options window.

DISCONNECT
Disconnect from the current server.

RECONNECT
Reconnect to the current/previous server.

EXIT
This function will exit the game. If this command is prefixed with ADMIN then it will shut down the server.

QUIT
Does the same as exit.

oh i know what JohhnnyBoiii mean. We can edit the game like your own game,every single game online must to download file and some game online no need to download. The file we download to play the game its the configuration that can edit anything about game.

Yeah it's exactly like that, some game developers use a configuration (.ini) type file system for easier future changes/edits. If you use Dbased tool for decrypting the games KFX Configuration files, you can edit all the settings inside them and then use the tool to re-encrypt them again and replace the modified configuration file with the default ones in your MAT directory.

Once you have installed Process Hacker, right click it and select Run as Administrator (This only applies if you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7) otherwise just open it. After you have Process Hacker currently opened and ready, go ahead and run Mission Against Terror. Go back to Process Hacker and look for the "MAT.EXE", once you have found the process go ahead and right click and hover above the "Miscellaneous" cascade menu option. In which you should find the "Windows" option at the very bottom of the menu. Under "Class" you should be able to find a window called MatUnrealWLog, right click this and select "Visible". A log window should now be visible, and you should be able to enter commands into the console when not in a live game.

Some useful working commands I've found are:
Stat FPS
Stat GAME
Stat LIGHT
Stat HARDWARE
EditActor Class
Preferences (Grahic Engine Settings)
Load (Load Game Map by Name)

Note: To use the "Load" command correctly, you must enter the correct map name.
Map names can be found in the following directory: MATonline\Maps
For example: "Load ZJZ-Hospital" (You do not need to include the file extension (.ut2).)
