REBOOTING [question]

hey guys
my comp is full of viruses and i decided to reboot and get a new antivirus
i heard its F10 when its loading but when i tried that nothing happened
i need a real tut on this

f10 only works if you have a recovery partition drive other wise your computer wont have any files to recover with

and a few months ago this computer dork came to our house to reboot it and he did it without a CD so the files were on the comp

i mean its not like im a total n00b and can fuck up my comp by rebooting it :\
but i did fuck it up by downloading warrock lol
