Vindictus cn client won't download?

The 2 blue bars won't even start. I've waited 15 mins but its still not working. When I click cancel It says error code or somthing. The client won't patch.

who is that even?

i waited for the whole 1 hour for the thing to update, just cancel the patcher when the thing start to loop the patch note download, then launch the launcher and play.

Mine gets stuck on a patch loop...

then it's time to quit the patcher and play
