How to work XpliCitt's HShield hack

i pressed the link there is notin 2 press 2 download it

Will it work ? because i have 3 partitions and the main is C but i installed Combat Arms in a another partition . And everything on the desktop goes to C or to the main partition = Windows in it.The partition that has windows folder is the main.
