OK the prob is is that win i enable a mod like say fly or spider it makes me stay and i cant move and win i do move it moves me back to the block i was standing on.

That is most likely an anti-cheat plugin
Well that could be let me try all the servers i got and see.

OK i tried all the servers and all them the same thing it just stayed or moved and thin moved back to the same spot i was in before.

most server have ''no cheat plugin'' so if you fly/nofall/ or spider your not gonna move
Yup. It's nocheat. Some servers don't have it but some do.
