Need help getting into Vindictus EU from US(VPN help)

Okay. I joined this site so that my friend and I can sign into the EU servers for Vindictus. I've looked through this forum and saw that I should use Proxycap 3.15. I searched and searched throughout Google and can't seem to find a download that works. I tried using the newer version but some features are grayed out and I can't access them. I've tried proxifier and that has failed too. I'll get up to the log in screen sign in and then I get something along the lines of "can't access the NGM-servers. Please try again later". I know I could just play the US version of the game and I am. But, I would like to try out the XE version of the game badly to really see and feel the difference. Any help will do. I'm very new to this site so please guide me in the right direction and post links to the posts if needed. Thank you for your time.
