If they don't its their problem... they should alwayes read stickies... Look.. A sticky can get bumped, Its alwayes on top anyway..

If they bump its their problem.. they will get a warning or timeban

dude this thread is useful though....and i agree the newcomerrs (like i did) should coem in and read stickies then go on to have good fun
