Please help meh

So whenever i try to inject the recent nightmare hack, ive been getting this error. Ive seen recent threads on the problem, but all the answer was, was to download Microsoft redistributable packages. Since i have 64 bit, i downloaded and installed both, deleted all the msvcr100 dlls in my CA folder, and cleaned my nexon folder, only to my dismay that the error keeps popping up. Any ideas on how to fix?

Download C++ For Your Operating System..
If you have 64 bit then get Both of them
That should Fix it.
