matthijs122, I dont know if im 100% right but they dont pay for the hack, they payied for a service, which was the sms, so if they are doing the service of selling the hack, and its fake, I think the police cant do anything to who bought but can do to who used that service to sell the hack.

Not 100% sure but i think it helps a lil bit to understand how it may works.
