You need two virus scans and screenshots.

There are a couple of virus scanning links there. Upload your file on one of those sites, and then once the scanning is done and you're on the page where it shows the results, edit your main post and add it into it.

Also you need a screenshot...

Wich windows did you used, it was compiled on Windows8 / 32bit...
And it didnt started, or had some compatiblity issues ? or just the uploaded .RAR is the wrong ??
